"Registration Procedure"

1. Call the Director to schedule a tour of the facility and pick up a registration packet.
   
   
2. Decide when you would like your child to attend for a free trial week. There is no payment necessary at this time.
   
   
3. Complete and submit the registration paperwork before your child's trial week. This information will be held confidential and will not be used for any other purposes. It is required to ensure that your child receives the best possible care while attending during his or her trial week and to meet licensing standards (emergency contact info, pick-up authorization, receipt of parent handbook, etc.)
   
   
4. After your child completes the trial week, if you would like your child to enroll in the program, submit $50 registration fee and make the first tuition payment.
